National Operations Centre | Wilson Security

The Wilson Security Operations Support Centres are the communication hubs via which all day-to-day operations, incident reporting and security response services are coordinated. 

Operating 24 x 7 and utilising advanced technology and industry best practices, the Operations Centres are a key component in our clients’ overall security risk management solution.

Each NOC staff member undergoes additional training in customer service and security incident management, providing them with the expertise to coordinate urgent Mobile Patrol Services and Static Guard requests, as well as the ability to confidently manage complex incidents, produce accurate reports and escalate critical information in a timely manner.

Premium Service Offering

Our Customer Services Centre, located in Perth, has been purpose built to support the delivery of our Premium Service offering.  Current customers of this service include City Councils, Critical Infrastructure Sites and Facilities Management Companies.

The service allows clients with specific requirements, to be provided with a dedicated priority phone number into the centre and for customized processes to be developed in conjunction their requirements, to deliver services which are specifically tailored to their meet their needs.

Specific SLA’s are included as default in the Premium Service Offering, along with customized reports and data analytics, providing powerful insights into the efficacy of security services and additional options by which existing security risk management solutions can be enhanced.

With two Operations Centres in Australia, East & West Coast, Wilson Security is able to offer complete redundancy capabilities for all Operations Support Centre Services, ensuring service delivery regardless of any significant weather event, power outages, surges in demand, or domestic terrorist event.
