On occasion, Wilson Security engages the services of security contractors to help meet our requirements. Consequently, we take pride in our mature and industry-leading approach to employee rights, where we are the leading advocate for establishing and implementing equal pay for equal work conditions. In addition to our work with employee rights, we are recognised as pioneers and drivers of compliance change within the security industry.
We are selective about the contractors we collaborate with and have recently launched Program Elevate to ensure that those representing Wilson Security uphold our core values of Care, Innovation, Accountability, and Integrity.
To this end, we have introduced an Expression of Interest (EOI) process, inviting any contractor within Australia who is interested in providing services to Wilson Security to participate.
About the Expression of Interest (EOI):
The EOI aims to identify contractors interested in partnering with Wilson Security and will include two separate and distinct phases.
Phase 1 (EOI Invitation): This phase will assess the contractors' suitability based on mandatory legislative compliance requirements, Wilson Security’s needs, and the contractor's capacity to directly deliver the necessary services.
It is an open invitation and does not require an exclusive invitation from Wilson Security.
Phase 2: This phase will request additional targeted information regarding operational capability, financial viability, pricing, demonstrated experience, as well as compliance requirements (e.g., licences, insurance, memberships).
This phase will be by invitation only for those contractors deemed suitable by Wilson Security post Phase 1.
The EOI process will run for approximately six weeks, from Wednesday, August 14th, through Wednesday, September 25th, 2024.
