Official Charity Partnership with the Alannah & Madeline Foundation
Wilson Security has partnered with the Alannah & Madeline Foundation since 2020, making an incredible contribution to the Foundation’s work to help children live happy, safe and strong in that time.
What does the Alannah & Madeline Foundation do?
The Alannah and Madeline Foundation is a national not-for-profit organisation dedicated to keeping children and young people free from violence and trauma wherever they live, learn and play. Through care, prevention and advocacy, they fight for their right to be safe so their future is strong.
How does Wilson Security support the Alannah & Madeline Foundation?
From care, prevention and advocacy programs, campaigns and events to community connections, Wilson Security provides resources, funds and a platform to assist with delivering outcomes to support children to live happy, safe and strong. We will work closely with the Foundation to support these initiatives, raise awareness and provide our people with an opportunity to help make a difference.
With a workforce spread across Australia in a variety of roles, staff from Wilson Security have enthusiastically engaged with fundraising to support the Foundation’s work. Teams and individuals have come up with fun and innovative ways to generate donations, and many morning teas have been held throughout the years to help raise money to support our work.

A truly unique commitment to raising funds
When Wilson Security CEO Nick Frangoulis announced that he would face his fear of snakes to help raise funds for the Foundation, it was clear that he and his team were truly committed to raising funds to support children and young people. This challenge engaged staff across the organisation.
The support has only continued to grow as the partnership has developed. In 2023 four Wilson Security staff members made the commitment to walk the distance and fundraise as they trekked over 46KM through the Three Capes Lodge Walk in Tasmania.
On-site support throughout the year
The team from Wilson Security join the Foundation at Buddy Bags HQ several times a year to pack Buddy Bags and has provided their support by volunteering at events.
“We are proud that we have been able to work with the Foundation to support their initiatives and provide our people with an opportunity to help make a difference. It is amazing to see the impact that we have already been able to make, and we are excited to see how our organisation can continue to support children to thrive,” said CEO Nick Frangoulis.
Similarly, the Foundation’s CEO Sarah Davies has been “truly impressed” by the contribution that Wilson Security has been able to make across all levels of their organisation. “It is fabulous to have a partnership with an organisation whose workforce is so clearly enthusiastic about supporting our cause.
